Mr. Sullivan received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepherd Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida, where as an evening student he was named a Goodwin Fellow. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of The Florida Bar (2003).  He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. 

Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Sullivan has concentrated his practice on construction related matters, including litigation, arbitration and mediation of construction liens, payment and performance bond claims, construction defect claims and defense, insurance, as well as on construction contract preparation, review and negotiation.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of several construction related legal associations, including the Florida Bar Association (Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, Construction Law Committee), the Broward County Bar Association (Construction Law Committee), and the American Bar Association.   Mr. Sullivan is also a member of several construction related trade organizations, including the Underground Contractors Association (UCA) and Engineering Contractors Association (ECA).
